The team behind Rune, a multiplayer game engine, is offering $100k in grants to developers interested in building and releasing games on their platform.
We’ve created this $100k grants initiative to help such indie devs and grow the open-source web game community.
There are two levels of funding you can get:
- Spark ($500) for an initial addition of a given game to the platform
- Ignite ($5000) for selected projects the committee will pick manually
You are free to go for the first one and then consider applying for the second when you’re ready. More info about the whole program can be found in this GitHub repo.
