Matt Hackett, who you might remember from Lost Decade Games‘ A Wizard’s Lizard game, which was one of the prizes in js13kGames 2015, is now starting a new project under the Valadria brand which aims to teach developers how to make games. The first product that’s going to be released soon is the How to Make a Video Game All By Yourself book.
A guide for anyone who wants to make a video game. I wrote and illustrated it myself over the last 2 years. It’s available NOW to preorder digitally, and a physical paperback launches March 15.
The book contains 200 pages and costs only $10 – you can pre-order it for Kindle or get a digital copy directly as a PDF or EPUB.
